Firebirds 14U Ferreira consists of players with a 2009 birth year. Our primary goal is to prepare players who demonstrate a passion for the game and are driven to learn, work hard, and be good teammates to continue their growth. The coaches are committed to helping each girl achieve their goals while encouraging maximum effort and playing to the best of their abilities. Coaches will constantly be reinforcing the importance of team dynamics. We will compete as a team while always respecting the core fundamentals of sportsmanship, competitive spirit, and teamwork.

WIN OR LOSS, we always play with respect for the game, our coaches, our umpires, our competitors, and ourselves. We will have fun, learn and support one another through it all.
