The Firebirds 14U-Hardy-Kelley softball team consists primarily of 2005 birth year players and plays at the highest level possible, entering A level and Open tournaments and college showcases. Overall, the team is focused on developing players to play the game at a high level and to be prepared for high school and on a path to play in college.
The team is coached by Muriel Kelley, Megan Hardy, and Danielle Kelley.
Coach Hardy was the head varsity coach at Potomac Falls High School for two seasons. Growing up in Pennsylvania, she played first base, third base, and catcher. She played Division III softball at Misericordia University in Dallas, PA, where she still holds the single season home run record.
