Our softball team provides our players a consistent opportunity to develop as athletes and people. Practices will include a mix of individual skill development, unit-work, game repetitions and physical development (strength & speed). All team workouts will have elements of mental toughness and approach infused in the teaching. We will try to help them become better learners (be coachable) and competitors (how to compete). Although we will aspire to win all of our games, we will never do so by hindering player development or the positive experience that this game provides. Focus, listen & learn ... hustle, compete to win, never quit!
