Firebirds 12u-Miller-White

Firebirds 12U-Miller/White team is a new team for the 2024-25 season, consisting of players born in 2012, or strong 2013 players. The importance of a positive, encouraging environment fostering self-confidence and a love for the game is critical to the development of players at this age, and will be a central focus of the team. Training will focus on creating strong foundational mechanics using a mixture of focused drills, conditioning, and agility. Our goal is to be a competitive B-level team, and to show players that they can play at any level of softball they desire with hard work, dedication to their development, and a genuine love for the game. We will stress the importance of teamwork, leadership, and respect both on and off the field. We will work hard together, we will rise and fall together, we will overcome challenges together, and we will do it all while having fun and creating lasting memories together
