TRYOUTS for 11U 2026/2027 Season
Team is moving up to 11U in the Fall
Players will need to attend at least one Open Practice before June 26th.
Open practices start now, but please let Coach Alison know before you attend.
Tuesdays, Wakefield Forest Elementary 5:30-7:45pm
Thursdays, Patriot Park North 5:30-7:45pm
Please fill out a Tryout registration by clicking the red "TRYOUTS INFO" box. Once you fill out the Tryout Info form, we will find a date that works for your player.

We will play 12U for the 2026/2027 season. The team will be made of mostly 11U players born September 1, 2014 or later.

Season Goals
1. Players start the year loving softball and end the year loving it even more.
2. Develop individual and team softball skills to contiune to be a competitve high level tavel softball team.
3. Players will be known for agressive base running, a high level of Softball IQ, and most importantly good sportsmanship.
Firebirds 10UB has won a USA Open Tournament and USSSA 10UB Tournament thus far this season.
Players will work hard, but always be encouraged by coaches and other teammates in a way that creates a positive and confidence building team environment. Fundamentals will be a key to success and will be worked on at every practice.
Coach Alison has 5 years of coaching experience and 3 years coaching travel ball. She was a collegiate softball pitcher for the University of Lynchburg.
