Community Outreach Coordinator: Identify and manage one or two all-Firebirds community service projects per year.

Facilities & Equipment Coordinator: Identify and secure space for winter workouts. Work with NVGSA and Fairfax County to identify field improvement opportunities. Inventory and track Firebirds equipment (e.g., pitching machines, balls) across facilities.

Firebirds Classic Tournament Director: Organize and coordinate our annual tournament each April. Work with NSA (or other sanctioning body) to secure fields; recruit and register teams; secure balls, trophies, and other equipment and supplies; obtain and sell t-shirts; and manage other tasks.

Fundraising/Sponsorships Coordinator: Solicit and secure donations and fundraising opportunities for the organization as a whole.

Social Coordinator: Plan and implement one or two annual all-Firebirds events and associated activities.

Social Media Coordinator: Manage the organizational Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram accounts.

Spirit Wear Coordinator: Design and select spirit wear and a vendor. Arrange for (at least) twice annual sales. Explore opportunities for year-round sales.

Team Parent Representative: Serve as a liaison between parents across the organization and Firebirds leadership (coaches and the VP).

Treasurer: Manage the organizational bank account.

Uniforms Coordinator: Design and select uniforms and a vendor. Arrange for annual sales in August and January.

Webmaster: Manage content for the Firebirds website.
