Firebirds is forming a NEW 10U team!

We're looking for players with birthdays 9/1/2015 – 8/31/2017

Tryouts:

Wednesday, June 10th 6:00-8:00pm @ Wakefield Park #8

Players only need to attend one of the tryout sessions.

TRYOUTS for 12U 2026/2027 Season

Players will need to attend at least one Open Practice before June 26th.

Open practices start now, but please let Coach Alison know before you attend.

Tuesdays, Wakefield Forest Elementary 5:30-7:45pm

Thursdays, Patriot Park North 5:30-7:45pm

Please fill out a Tryout registration by clicking the red "TRYOUTS INFO" box. Once you fill out the Tryout Info form, we will find a date that works for your player.

We will play 12U for the 2026/2027 season. The team will be made of mostly 11U players, but any player born before Sept 1, 2013 is eligible for the team next season.

Open practices are currently being held at Wakefield Forest Elementary on Tuesday evenings and at Patriot Park North on Thursday evenings. If you would like to attend an open practice, please contact Coach Brendan at mcginnis@firebirdsfp.com.

For the Fall 2026-Spring 2027 season, our team will continue at the 12U level. Any player born on or after September 1, 2013, is eligible to participate.

Tryouts for the 2025-2026 season have concluded.

TRYOUTS: Firebirds 13u-Miller/White

Team try-outs for the 2025-2026 season are scheduled for July 15 with July 16 as a back-up. If you can't make these dates, contact coaches Crystal Miller and Jeremy White for individual assessments or open practice opportunities. All positions are considered open for the 2025-2026 season. Pitcher/utility player needed with guaranteed playing time! If you’re looking for a team that puts player development first – not a coach’s record or traveling all over the East Coast – we’d love for you to hear what we’re about. We are looking for a varsity level catcher, pitcher, and utility player. Tryouts are scheduled for May 30th, 2:00 pm, John R. Lewis High School in Springfield.
