We will play 12U for the 2026/2027 season. The team will be made of 11U players born September 1, 2014 or later.

Team Practices on Fields around Fairfax County
Season Goals
1. Players will be known for agressive base running, powerful bats, a high level of Softball IQ, and most importantly good sportsmanship.
2. Develop individual and team softball skills to contiune to be a competitve high level tavel softball team.
3. Players start the year loving softball and end the year loving it even more.
Softball IQ and Fundamentals will be a key to success and will be worked on at every practice.
The team, Firebirds 11U, has been together for 3 seasons.
Coach Alison has 5 years of coaching experience and 3 years coaching travel ball. She was a collegiate softball Pitcher for the University of Lynchburg.
