Firebirds 14U-Knowles is made up of players born in 2011 or 2012.

We are not an Elite, Platinum, National, or Showcase team—and that’s intentional. Our focus isn’t on chasing trophies or measuring success by a win-loss record. Instead, our mission is to help each player grow into the best high school softball athlete they can be. We emphasize learning to “control the controllable,” starting with attitude and effort. From there, we build strong fundamentals and continue developing each player’s skills.

We believe the best way to do this is by creating a positive, enjoyable environment—one that prioritizes growth as both players and teammates. Our goal is to foster a culture where athletes learn to work together, support one another, and truly enjoy the game.
