Firebirds 14U-Knowles is made up of players born in 2011 or 2012.

We are not an Elite, Platinum, National, Showcase team. We are not chasing trophies or judged on our coaches’ overall record. Here on the Firebirds, our goal is to develop our players into the best possible high school softball players they can be. Our guiding principle is to learn to ‘control the controllable,’ and that starts with attitude and effort. From building the right mindset, we then build on improving each player’s skills.

The way to achieve this is to create a fun experience, focusing not only on developing as a softball player but also on creating a team atmosphere where we learn to work together and always support each other.
